Keith has been involved in residential construction for over 25 years. His experience includes carpentry, estimating, project management, renovations, and additions. He has particular expertise in zoning by-law administration, which is helpful for clients wishing to add to their existing home in the Boston area. 

Keith holds a Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (LCS) and is a Registered Home Improvement Contractor in Massachusetts. He is also a Certfied Lead Paint Renovator (CLPR). Keith earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. He actively pursues industry educational opportunities and stays up to date on the latest technological advances. 

Keith's construction roots are "in the field" having worked as a carpenter for many years before starting his own company. He believes that to be a successful owner, the strong connection to the field must evolve. Clients note Keith's attention to detail and professionalism. He resides in Reading with his wife Susan. When not working hard for his clients he enjoys golfing and boating.
